the rooms were spacious. they had everything i wanted. the toto toilets were a plus. the staff were friendly and professional. rooms are quiet. cleanliness was top notch. i found the bathroom included a great toto bidet. shower pressure was good.
the open-air parking was paid. it would be better if it was free.

mixed experience at downtown location
musty smellceiling stains
the room initially smelled a bit musty. i noticed some water stains on the ceiling near the window, made me wonder about possible leaks. housekeeping was generally good, but one day they forgot to replace the hand towels in the bathroom. the lack of attention to these details was disappointing, as it affected the overall comfort of my stay. ceiling stains were noticeable,

the staff was great, like, super friendly plus professional too. they really did their best. the apartment was so big, and the beds? comfortable!
the room wasnt cleaned. garbage was full. almost no toilet paper was left

we got the two bedroom suite and it's so nice and clean, like seriously super clean. furnishings were modern plus had all the kitchen stuff, pots, and pans, so handy. bedding was crisp and clean, was like a modern apartment!

staff can help with taxis and they arrive quick, under five mins. for tours to banff and jasper, pickup is available right at the hotel or close walking distance. that is very convenient.
